1) The return period, within the scope of the right of withdrawal without giving a reason, is 14 days from the time you receive the product.
2) The product tags you want to return must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and must be sent with the invoice and/or return invoice.
3) If the right of return is exercised, the information that the product will be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt must be notified to [email protected].
4) Return shipping costs will be covered by us if you send it with the Sürat Cargo company that we have a contract with.
